127 Days is a burger joint located at 127 Days Road, Croydon Park, close to TAFE's Regency Campus. There is good amount of seating but it is recommended to arrive early as it tends to fill up quickly during the peak lunch and dinner hours.
They serve a good variety of burgers with interesting names, most of them being beef burgers with a variety of fillings. If you prefer, you can also order a chicken burger, a vegetarian burger or a pulled pork burger. During our first visit, we chose to order Squealed with a Kiss, The Italian Job and 127 Ways to Die.

127 Ways To Die and #Tags

The Italian Job and Tater Tots
The sizes of the burgers are quite generous and can easily be shared with friends if you want to eat more than one kind of burger. The Italian Job has a juicy patty made from Angus Beef and the filling of rocket, provolone, chilli, red onion, roasted capsicum and aioli complemented it perfectly. 127 Ways to Die had a unique Angus Beef patty that is spiced with Cajun pepper and the various spicy fillings give it a nice punch, but it is not spicy to the point where it cannot be enjoyed by one that is not yet used to spicy food.
Squealed with a Kiss has a unique filling consisting of pulled pork with coleslaw made with apple, cheese and chipotle aioli. The pulled pork is tender and the fillings complemented it perfectly. However, my father preferred it without the cheese, feeling that it is bit rich for his taste.

Squealed With A Kiss
All the burgers can be ordered as a combo with a drink and your choice of chips, Tater Tots or #Tags. The #Tags are a unique twist on French fries in which the chips resemble the symbol with the same name. We find that the chips are a bit average, but the Tater Tots and #Tags are crispy with a fluffy interior. The drinks you can choose consist of the usual soft drinks you can find around Australia and hard to find drinks like A & W Root Beer, Kirks Ginger Beer and Kirks Pasito.
