Introduce children to the wonderful world of classical music

Willoughby Symphony Orchestra invites you and your family on an exciting journey through Ancient Persia.

Enjoy a special performance of Nikolai Rimsky-Kosakov's beloved Scheherazade, followed by FREE face painting, balloon twisting and art activities for children as this special interactive concert event at The Concourse this August!

This is a fun and exciting way to introduce children to the world of classical music!

Chief Conductor and Artistic Director, Dr Nicholas Milton AM will engage and entertain as he tells the legendary story of Scheherazade and the 1001 Nights in a fascinating symphonic narrative, performed by the magnificent Willoughby Symphony Orchestra.

All children are welcome to come in their best prince and princess costumes and there will be prizes for best dressed!

The classical music concert will be followed by FREE face painting, activities and an opportunity for children to explore the instruments of an orchestra.
