is an exhibition organised by Space2b Social Design , a not-for-profit organisation that supports and works with recent migrants and refugees to connect them to work, community and each other. The idea for the exhibition came from Karen Hopkins , one of the volunteers who work with Space2b. An artist herself, Karen has developed the gallery and runs it with volunteers. The theme of peace resonates with both artists and viewers or buyers of the artworks, especially in the busy pre-Christmas time when peace and quiet are lacking and what many people seek.

CALLING ALL LOVERS OF ART AND PEACE
Come and see wonderful pieces of art all based on the theme of Peace. Just being in the gallery will make you feel peaceful, calm and happy. As someone said at the opening of the exhibition last year "it is so lovely to come into this space and get away from the crazy outside"

All artworks will be available for purchase and the top 3 People's Choice Awards will have their images made into soap covers and will be available for purchase at a later date. Dindi Naturals have donated this all-natural soap for the exhibition. A just-launched online shop will give people the opportunity to buy online when Space2b is closed in January.

The exhibition runs from December 4th until January 25th. Opening night will be on Thursday 6th December, everyone is welcome to attend.

So come and support this great organisation and you will feel a great sense of peace and calm wash over you when viewing these very special artworks.

This year's exhibition is generously supported by the Palais Theatre Community Fund . The gallery has disabled access for wheelchairs and prams.
