On Saturday 22nd November, Public INN is presenting their annual, '100 Mile Seasonal Dinner' consisting of multiple dishes over several courses.
Commencing at 6.30pm, guests will meet at the Old Castlemaine Fire Station, right next to re-PUBLIC and enjoy a regional aperitif & sample food & beverages from regional artisan producers in their original form before the produce is crafted into stunning dishes.
Then guests will sit down at a long table to enjoy an exquisite showcase of finest regional cuisine created with produce sourced within '100 miles'. Dinner is priced at $88 per person and includes multiple dishes over several courses, an aperitif, a glass of local wine and the option to sample and purchase additional regional wine, cider & beer from the tasting stations around the fire station.
