How does the male brain work?
I ventured into the glorious Garden of Unearthly Delights as the sun was going down to catch Simon Taylor in his brand new show at 'The Deluxe'; a wonderful wood and canvas Spiegeltent decorated with stained glass windows.

'1 Man Debate with Simon Taylor' is an hour of silly, insightful, self-deprecating humour by this clever stand-up. Simon is an engaging, likeable performer who connects with his audience and immediately puts them at ease.

Simon presents both sides of the masculine and feminine arguments, revealing at the same time both sides of his personality. The 'debate' is punctuated by humorous anecdotes and stories about his love life and attempts at attracting the opposite sex. Simon also utilises his somewhat questionable dancing skills, music, lights and even a costume change or two to make this an entertaining hour to remember.

Is Simon a feminist? What maketh the man? How do you pick up girls? These questions and more will be answered by this intelligent, thought provoking debate. And only 2 penis jokes in the entire hour!
Simon is performing at 7:30 pm nightly throughout the Fringe Festival. Tickets start from just $20 and are available online at FringeTix or from the booth in Rundle Mall.
