It's that time of year again when the over-zealous do-gooder in us wants to take out a pen and some paper and start jotting down New Year resolutions. And if you're anything like me, getting more exercise and keeping fit are at the top of the list.
That's all well and good in the holidays, but workdays are long and slogging it out on the elliptical every night is probably

So why not heat things up this summer with Zumba?!
Zumba is the latest dance aerobics craze to sweep the nation. The classes combine rhythmic Latin dance moves with high and low intensity aerobics, are suitable for males and females of any age, and are being incorporated into aerobic timetables in recreation facilities all over the country.
It's the perfect exercise alternative for time-poor people who get bored at the gym. Zumba is not for the faint of heart (it will definitely make you sweat!) but it's so much fun that you won't even feel like you're working out.
So if you want to tone up, aren't shy of a few pelvic thrusts and want to have fun in a group environment, then Zumba is for you!
