Our very own Melbourne Zoo is celebrating 150 years in 2012 and to kick of the celebrations, Melbourne Zoo have put together a star studded line-up for the 2012 Zoo Twilights concert series.
The anticipated live music concert series, held in the unique surroundings of the Melbourne Zoo, begins on
Saturday 21st of January and will run until
Saturday 17th of March.

James Morrison, Australian singer
Kate Ceberano with
Jade MacRae, Australian country singer-songwriter
Kasey Chambers with
Bill Chambers, Australian band
The Beautiful Girls with
The Fearless Vampire Killers, the multi talented
Marcia Hines with
Bonnie Anderson, Australian rock musician
James Reyne with
Daryl Braithwaite, Australian singer and actress
Marina Prior and Friends, Australian singer-songwriter
Vanessa Amorosi with
Zoophyte, Australian singer-songwriter
Lior, Indigenous Australian musician
Gurrumul with
Dewayne Everettsmith and Australian band
The Black Sorrows with
Vika and Linda Bull.
In addition to these performances are two events with popular ABBA cover band
BABBA, a special event with the multi talented
Wendy Stapleton performing classic 60s hits and the popular Pink tribute
The Pink Show.

The final event of the popular annual Zoo Twilights concert series is
RocKwiz Live – Salutes the Animals. This event will be hosted Julia Zemiro and Brian Nankervis with special guests.
In addition to these live music events, a range of food stalls and bars will be available on site (Zoo Twilights is
not a BYO event).
There are various ticket options available; currently Ticketmaster online and Ticketmaster outlets are selling Zoo Twilight tickets for the
indiviual concerts, but there are also Dinner and Show Packages available for selected concert events through
Liberty Catering Concepts.
