The British are supposed to know how to do tea properly so it's disappointing to go to a tea shop and pay £2 for a Twinings tea bag, or even worse a builders brew.

Here's a selection to wet your palate. Try Lemon Sherbet or Chelsea Chai if you're not sure. The tea here is free to infuse in your little pot, un-restricted by bagging, and the few moments while you wait for it to brew, your mouth starting to get a bit excited as the aroma infiltrates your throat, will help get you ready for a slow tea experience.
