Lime&Tonic Sydney invite you to enjoy an exclusive masterclass with Chef Peter Gunn of Attica/IDES (winner of the 2015 S. Pellegrino Pacific Region Young Chef of the Year) and UK-Irish Chef Mark Moriarty (2015 S. Pellegrino World Young Chef of Year). Held on Thursday, 18 February 2016 at delicious magazine's studios in Alexandria, this special two-hour event will see Chef Peter Gunn and Chef Mark Moriarty showcase two of their signature dishes. The event will kick off at 6.00pm with canapés and champagne on arrival. Then over two fun-filled hours, you'll see the two young chefs prepare and present two dishes each and learn some handy tricks and tips along the way!
