Normally when I go out for dinner with friends I have to save beforehand so I have the opportunity to splurge a little.

This was unnecessary at Yong Jing's Kitchen Enlightenment on Anzac Parade.

On a spur of the moment, three friends and I decided to go to dinner. Upon deciding where, one friend piped up that Yong Jing's Kitchen Enlightenment was quite good.

Good was an understatement. The food was abundant, each of us had our fill and more. I had never eaten the prawn's shells before, but these soy infused prawns practically melted in my mouth.

All this for only $10.90 each. A real bargain. I would thoroughly recommend this place to anyone who likes a lot of food and is on a budget.
