In launching place, you will find Yarra Valley Archery Park. An all weather archery range that welcomes all ages from school age upwards, including beginners.
If tales of medieval times inspire you and the thought of becoming a real archer ignites your passion or if you just wish to take up a new sport, this may be just for you.
Yarra Valley Archery Park caters for individuals, birthday parties, school groups, disabled groups, weddings and corporate events.
Also there are golf driving bays, pool tables, sports fields, picnic areas and tables and BBQ areas.
They also offer home made pizza, a cafe with hot and cold drinks and light meals and a Ned Kelly display.
Opening hours are:
Thursday and Friday 12-5pm (school holidays only)
Saturday 10am-5pm
Sunday 12-5pm
On Friday nights the restaurant is open 6-9pm and bookings are essential.
Costs:
Indoor archery session - $15.00 per person per hour (rate includes equipment hire).
Members - $8.00 per person all day indoors or outdoors.
Golf practice - 40 balls for $6.00, 80 golf balls for $10.00
Pool table - $2.00
