This year Food Service Australia are proud to host the premier event for bakers and pâtissier in Australia.
An amazing culinary competition devoted purely to the art of chocolate.

Once every two years the best bakers, pâtissiers and chocolatiers around the world come together to meet in Paris and compete for the title of World Chocolate Master.
Along with the prestige, they may share in over $100,000 in prizes. The next final is coming up in 2013.
However, you cannot simply turn up in Paris - you must earn your place there. Each country, through process of competition, chooses their finalists.
Perhaps you may not aspire to being one of these chosen few (or maybe you do), but for the rest of us, we can still share in this amazing event.
At food service, visitors can share in all the fun, excitement and all the amazing creations of chocolate delights.

Our very own Paul Kennedy won The Australian Chocolate Masters Competition in March 2007. Creating a two metre chocolate sculpture, 100 chocolates, six desserts and three cakes all in one day. Also taking the prize for his hand dipped praline, Paul came eighth overall out of 20 countries.
