Woollahra Book Fair

Reader Review by Cara Boatswain

Regardless if you’re a Harry Potter type or more of a Jane Austin, there’s no better way to deal with miserable weather than snuggled up on the couch with a good book and a hot drink.

With winter quickly approaching and rains causing havoc on the coast, Woollahra Council is giving Sydneysiders the opportunity to prepare for hibernation with their annual book fair.

Stacks of fiction and non-fiction books will be available for purchase at discounted prices. Kids and grownups are accounted for, so there really will be something to suit all tastes and budgets.

It is a family event, so kids a more than welcome. Keeping the little ones entertained over the weekend will be easy with storytelling events and face painting.

Entry to the book fair is free. For more information call 93917100.

Why? Search for lost favourites or find new ones.
