A street party at the Port
From the 21st to the 23rd of April, the city of Port Adelaide will be the home to the Wonderwalls Festival. This celebration of colour, expression and communities will showcase large-scale works of art from both international and national muralists.
The opening night exhibition on Friday the 21st of April kicks off at 6pm with over 20 murals and 17 artists displaying their work and interacting with the public. The evening will also include a street party on Mundy Street in front of the old flour shed, from 6pm to 11pm.
The festival continues through the weekend with artist talks, workshops and Canon collective. To close the event on Saturday, there is another street party taking place until 11 pm. Return on Sunday to see the finished murals, practice your photographic skills and to farewell this large scale festivity.
