Art Gallery NSW is holding an exhibit of portraits. More specifically, portrait photography will be on display for all visitors from 24 September 2011 to 5 February 2012. The exhibition will feature more than 45 portrait photographs and will focus on the history of capturing the human face with photographic depictions.
If you are interested in art, photography, or portraits, this is a great opportunity to visit the Art Gallery NSW for a free exhibit. From Australian photographers Paul Foelsche, Olive Cotton, and Max Dupain to international photographers, Nan Goldin, Ben Cauchi and Loretta Lux, the exhibit will represent a variety of artists and their works.
