This is a very popular spot in the warmer months and is free. The Wet Side Waterpark is on the Esplanade at the bottom of Main St Pialba overlooking the beach and is a safe and fun environment for kids. There is plenty of shaded areas for parents to sit while the kids enjoy the water features of the park. There are vertical water jets, slides, huge tipping bucket and a cool area for toddlers.



The whale sculpture in the centre of the play area is a highlight. During busy times there is a separate artificial wave where surfers may try their skills. The café area has great potential and should be utilised more, but overall it is a great spot.



Facilities include toilets, change areas and payg lockers. There is also plenty of parking or if biking, the park is on the bike path along the Esplanade.
