For a park that has everything head to West Park Way in McLaren Vale, where the large park will suit just about everybody. From sports areas, to the playground, you can get up to whatever you like at this Southern Vales park.



There are two play areas at the park. The first one features climbing frames, ladders, and a slide, and the second area has its own stand alone slide. This is great for families with children of varied ages. The older children can play on the play equipment while parents can supervise younger children on the slide. The bark chip surrounded playground doesn't evoke the child's imagination, but it is still a fun place to play.



The park is also home to a community tennis court. This court is available for the public to use free of charge, and there are multiple courts to be enjoyed. You will have to supply your own rackets and balls, but as long as there are no other people waiting to use the courts you can play for as long as you like.

For those interested in other sports, you can also take advantage of the basketball hoop and large field available at the park. Shoot some hoops with a friend, or organise a game of soccer or footy. There are even goals on the field so that you can play a more serious game if you would like.



The park is a dog exercise area, where dogs can be exercised off the leash as long as they are kept under control. If there are organised sporting events going on you must keep your dog on a leash. There will usually be some other dogs at the park that your dog can socialise with.

If you are spending a day at the park you can also enjoy other facilities like the barbeques and toilets. These help make the park a great place to spend a decent amount of time. You could even set up a picnic blanket and enjoy a picnic of fresh McLaren Vale produce.
