West End Bar Walk

Published December 13th 2010
West End is full of bars and lounges and cocktail venues – so Urban Adventures Brisbane decided to make a night of exploring them.

The West End Bar Walk takes participants on a leisurely, civilized tour of South Bank and West End, with plenty of wine and cheese to keep you nourished along the way. The journey begins with a paddle along the Brisbane River on the Kookaburra Queen Paddle Boat. Patrons disembark at South Bank and make their way to West End, where they will be treated to cocktails and drinks at Sling Lounge (153 Boundary Street) and Lychee Lounge (2/94 Boundary Street).

This tour departs from Eagle Street Wharf at 5.00pm and lasts for three hours. The cost is $59.00 per person and includes light refreshments. Participants should wear comfortable shoes as there is a one kilometre walk from South Bank to West End.

Great read and sounds like a lot of fun, but unfortunately it looks like the West End Bar Walk is no longer available. :-(
