Queensland's largest watercolour exhibition, proudly presented by the Watercolour Society of Queensland returns on the weekend of the 1st and 2nd of April at The Auditorium, Brisbane Botanic Gardens, Mt Coot-tha.

All are welcome to attend and entry is FREE.

The popular annual two-day event showcases works by leading watercolour artists. There will be a wonderful range of watercolour artworks to discover, including traditional and contemporary landscapes, seascapes, still life, abstract and portraits.

Expect to view over 300 framed and unframed paintings watercolour paintings.< All displayed paintings are new and original and will be available for sale at affordable prices, including a selection of watercolour gift cards.

The exhibition will be open to the public on Saturday, 1st April and Sunday, 2nd April 2017 from 9.00am to 4.00pm.

This event that attracts hundreds of art lovers and is a great opportunity for the wider community to come together and support and celebrate the work of local talented artists.

Enjoy the Brisbane Botanic Gardens in a melody of Autumn colours, meet the artists, find out about upcoming beginner's classes, workshops and introductory courses, and how to become a member.

A pop-up coffee shop offering tasty treats will also be onsite.
