The program runs for 8 weeks and includes a fat loss nutrition plan ( delivered to you online) and a weekly "walking workout" class commencing Saturday 1st August 2015 from 9am - 10am.

You may be asking yourself, how is a walk in the park going to help me lose weight? While walking in itself is not very effective for weight loss (to lose just one kilo of weight you would need to walk for 28 hours), in conjunction with simple bodyweight exercises and with the fat burning nutrition plan, this program will result in weight loss and improve your health and fitness.

Although the lessons are delivered online they will be extensively discussed during the weekly walking class. During the workout session you will have the opportunity to ask questions, get inspiration, motivation and accountability.



The walking workout will be held at Homestead Park in Chipping Norton Lakes. But don't be fooled by the picturesque location, I can tell you from experience, this is no walk in the park. The workout will get you huffing and puffing. You will use and overload all of your muscle groups, resulting in an ultimate all over body workout, all with no running or jumping required. The program encompasses a whole lifestyle change and is intended for those who are serious about weight loss and who are willing to incorporate nutrition, exercise and movement. The program costs $160 and includes:
a full nutrition plan
8 weekly walking workout sessions
fitness and fat loss lessons

a recipe book



The program is conducted by Chriss Tinslay a fully qualified personal trainer registered with Fitness Australia. Chriss has been a personal trainer for 20 years and has a wealth of knowledge to share. She can provide you with all of the information, tools and motivation that you need to stay focused.
