I'm inspired. While I don't usually watch TV, I'm hooked on The Voice Australia. I don't usually sing either, but The Voice has me wanting to sing at the top of my lungs. How about you? If you're as moved as I am, and given we're at the pointy end of the competition, there are at least 20 ways to enjoy and celebrate The Voice - both now and after the show - to keep its spirit alive and make sure your own voice is loud, proud and heard.

10 Things You Can Do Now:

1) Relive the spine tingling, soul shaking power of Karise Eden's voice on The Voice website and at Youtube. Back to Black is my favourite.

2) Vote for Karise Eden by sms-ing her name to 199 55 999.

3) Let your heart sing to the very sweet sounds of the angelic Rachael Leahcar.

4) You can vote for Rachael Leahcar by sending her name to 199 55 999.

5) Bop, rock and maybe give yourself a racy new hairstyle to the sparkly, spunky Sarah De Bono

, living proof that big things come in small packages.

6) Vote for Sarah De Bono by texting Sarah to 199 55 999.

7) Let your heart melt to the smooth sounds of Darren Percival.

9) Watch Part 1 of the final on the Nine Network on Sunday.

10) Don't take your eye's off the final final (sniff, sniff) on Monday.

10 Things To Do After The Show

1) Wipe away your tears.

2) Silence your fears.

3) Sing at the top of your lungs in the car - with the windows down if your voice is half decent, with the windows up if it's likely to cause a car accident.

4) Climb to the top of a mountain and shout it out loud and listen for the echo to come back at you - your very own personal coach.

5) Take a few singing classes online for free with Voicelesson.

6) Sing in the shower. Guys can visualise Delta and girls can imagine the hunky Keith. A bit of eye candy makes you sing louder.

7) Dig up some old music you loved in your teenage years, crank it up loud and shake your groove thing while you sing.

8) Go to a karaoke venue and really kick up your heels. Find a venue near you at Where2sing.

9) Too shy? Go to an online karaoke venue like Karaoke Party and have a singing party in your own home - even if it drives the neighbours nuts.

10) Ask them along too, have a group singalong and all go nuts together.

Inspiration is all that my daughter needs to achieve her goal of becoming a professional singer. Great article. You should listen to Amy Horton for her cover of Birdy's song Shelter
