Love is in the air... and on TV and social media, in shopping centres, magazines and catalogues, in chocolate shops and florists all over our fair city. You probably want your Valentine's Day celebrations with your loved one to be memorable and Brisbane is happy to oblige with a host of restaurants serving up special Valentine's Day dining menus.

Of course it just isn't Valentine's Day without flowers. So make sure you have some appropriately romantic flowers to bestow on your love, and see this article for some other Brisbane Valentine's Day ideas.

Below are some of the Valentine dining options we've uncovered but hurry, booking are filling up fast. Please let us know if there's somewhere special that our readers just shouldn't miss out on.

  • Boucher French Bistro

  • You can get your French Valentine's Day fix in the suburbs at the delightful Boucher French Bistro .

[ADVERT]Their special Valentines Day menu will be presented in two sittings, one at 6pm and one at 8.30pm. For $80 per person (food only) or $120 per person with matching wines you can choose from set options that include crispy skin pork belly, orange and soy roast duck breast and pear tarte tatin with vanilla bean ice cream. I can personally vouch for the pear tarte tatin - it's delicious.
