On Thursday 23rd of February, 2017, The Jodi Lee Foundation is presenting 'Trust Your Gut' with celebrity GP Ginni Mansberg , dietitian Themis Chryssidis and leading nutritionist Sally Joseph .Held at Adelaide Convention Centre from 6pm, this interactive discussion will explore the potential causes of uncomfortable bowel symptoms and offer advice on when to act on them, and the steps you can take to lead a healthier life. The panel discussion will focus on encouraging people to trust their 'gut feeling' if something doesn't seem right, and urge them to act on their symptoms by talking to their GP.Casey Beros, health journalist and host of Channel 10's new daily health program 'Everyday Health', will facilitate the event and guests are invited to ask the panel questions throughout the evening. If you're feeling bloated, tired, gassy, have unexplained changes in bowel habits, or you simply want some advice on how to lead a healthier life, this event is for you!Around 19% of us will experience uncomfortable bowel symptoms during our lives, yet only one in three will ask a doctor about it. Bowel symptoms could be diet related, or a common ailment that's easily treated. But a little knowledge is a powerful thing. So if in doubt, check it out.'Trust Your Gut' is a ticketed event; tickets are now on sale through EventBrite and priced $25pp. Early bookings are advised as places are limited. For more information on this event, please visit jodileefoundation.org.au
