Towon Chinese Cuisine is a Chinese restaurant based at Westfield Chatswood, which is owned by a Korean chef, who apparently has spent a decent amount of time in China.

The service is pretty hit and miss and the English spoken by the staff members is not the best. However, if you are after a quality and quite filling lunch, then you are in real luck. There are definitely some positives about this establishment, however a few things are a bit hit and miss.

The texture of the noodles is just fantastic. They are cooked at the right temperature and for the right amount of time. Slippery and smooth, and they blend in so well with the soup and the other fillings. I am happy. Don't expect to feel like royalty at this establishment. If you are hungry, from either way too much walking around or studying, then you have come to the right restaurant.
