This Michelin star restaurant originates from Hong Kong where it is famous for its roast goose. The Singapore branch opened to rave reviews and long queues daily.
Instead of the roast duck, I felt the winner of the local taste test was the Toro Char Siew (adapted from ch& #363 ;toro and & #333 ;toro, the fatty marbled cut of the blue fin tuna in Japan).
Fans of marbled meat will certainly enjoy this cut. It features layered meat and fat, which remain moist through the roasting process. Each order is fairly dear at $23 but you'll enjoy the flavor of juicy meat and charred fragrance with every bite.
