If you have a deep love of all things vintage then there are some great places in the Fremantle area that you should check out. You can spend a day or a few hours wandering the stores, browsing and maybe pick up a real gem.



Vintage, retro , antique , second hand, pre-loved - there are lots of these stores around, especially in Fremantle. These 'Aladdin's Caves' sell just about anything - clothing, jewellery, furniture, collectables, as well as all sorts of bits and bobs, odds and ends and knick-knacks. If you like this sort of thing there are plenty of places to visit where you can pick over the items and scour the shelves for a bargain.

The Broken Doll Vintage in Atwell Arcade has some lovely vintage clothing. They are jam packed with clothes and have some delightful little pieces as well as accessories and other vintage bits and bobs. The friendly lady at the Broken Doll Vintage is very helpful and can do alterations for you on the spot.



Old Values is tucked away in Holland Street and has a huge selection of vinyl records, antiques, vintage and second hand goods. They have loads of really amazing clothes, and a selection of furniture, books and records.

Lick The Wall in Cantonement Street has a range of vintage and second hand goods. At the front of the store is a clothing section with racks of funky clothes there is also a variety of furniture and household knick-knacks. On the back wall there is a gallery space showing some great art pieces by local artists.

The Archive on Market Street has vintage and second hand clothing and accessories. You will find some truly great bargains in really good condition and they even have some designer gear.

Record Finder on High Street has loads of second hand vinyl records including hard-to-find, collectables, limited editions and 45's. The place is jam packed and you can spend hours flicking through the collection looking for a hidden treasure.

She Seldom Blushes in Atwell Arcade has an assortment of vintage and second hand clothes, accessories and giftware. Some fantastic clothing creations from past era's and great gifts too. The assistant is very helpful and friendly and only too happy to help you find what you are looking for.



Matilda's Antique Centre is located at 222 Queen Victoria Street, North Fremantle and is one of Perth's largest Antique stores. You can't go past this place for stunning antique glass, china, jewellery, clocks and watches, stylish furniture, paintings, sculpture, lamps, photo frames, porcelain, silverware, decorative arts, vintage clothing, decorative lighting, vases and much, much more.

Lauder and Howard is a long established antique and fine art dealer. Situated at 17 Blinco Street, Fremantle, they deal in a high quality of antiques and fine art and you can usually find something beautiful and rare in this place.

Whether you just like to browse or are looking to buy that special item you should check out some of these places, or the many others dotted around Fremantle, it can be a lot of fun and you will probably be back for more.
