Toowoon Bay Beach is another favourite among locals and visitors to the Central Coast alike, no different to how people feel about Shelly Beach. When the tide is not out, this beach paves the way for a great ocean swimming and/or surfing experience. It is also a great locale to walk amongst the rocks, and if you are doing the latter, ensure you are wearing proper shoes apart from thongs as the moss gets quite slippery here. It is sad to see the memorials of young people who have passed on from diving accidents in the nearby area that could have been avoided.
Makes way for great walks along the water, even if you choose to get your feet wet for only a moment, and not to get wet anywhere else. A great, lengthy beach walk is enjoyed, and there are many luxury hotels and apartments available for rent up the hill, and the beach is right near by a caravan park.
