Toast is my #1 place for amazing all day brunch and coffee. Located in East Perth along the beautiful Swan River, Toast is a quirky little cafe that boasts delicious food selections and speedy service making it a perfect outing for breakfast, lunch, or whatever meal tickles your fancy. Meals are fairly priced, and a pay-at-the-counter service allows you to peruse menus at your own pace and not have the worry of paying after your tummy is full of deliciousness.

Personal recommendations for meals to try:

Bacon & maple syrup with corn fritters- it sounds like such a strange combination, but the taste will blow you away. The sweetness of the maple syrup and the corn contrasts in such a weirdly wonderful way with the meaty flavor of the bacon. A recommendation for the adventurous customer with a little bit of a sweet tooth.

The smoked chorizo, garlic field mushroom, roast tomato and poached eggs on ciabatta toast is a delightful option for someone looking for a hearty savoury meal! Toast does the best poached eggs in Perth so I can't recommend them enough to accompany any meal.

So if you are looking for a cafe that combines a quirky reminiscent vibe of colourful school yard plastic cups and excellent food and drinks, Toast is the place to be.
