A freelance writer living in Perth, and always on the search for something new, different and exciting.
We've all seen our favourite songs massacred.
Whether it's an unfortunate wannabe at your local karaoke bar, or the girl at the traffic lights who forgot her window was wound down - hearing someone's "unique" vocal interpretation of well known classics is never usually pleasant.
That is, unless, you're lucky enough to be part of the audience at 'They Will Have Their Way' - featuring some of Australia's best artists performing the songs of Tim and Neil Finn.
Some of the artists to tour the country this November include Paul Dempsey (lead singer and guitarist of Something for Kate), Oh Mercy frontman Alexander Gow, Lior, Clare Bowditch, and the trio from Seeker Lover Keeper - Sarah Blasko, Sally Seltmann and Holly Throsby.
Each of these artists featured on either 2005's tribute album 'She Will Have Her Way' or last year's all-male edition 'He Will Have His Way' - receiving multiple ARIA nominations and collectively selling over 400,000 copies in Australia and New Zealand.
If you grew up with the Finn brothers music, this show will ignite a lifetime of memories, with renditions of the Finns solo tracks, Crowded House and Split Enz classics.
They Will Have Their Way' is the project of Executive Producer, John O'Donnell and will surely be an unmissable event.
