Taste of Tasmania returns to Hobart with more of the State's finest produce, cool climate wines, craft beers, ciders and soft drinks over 7 days. This hallmark food and wine event is accompanied by local and nationally renowned chef cooking demonstrations and discussions with producers. Don't forget the jam-packed schedule of live entertainment on 2 stages and 2 street performance areas.

You can also choose to join the NYE party and the various Food Tours where you'll be guided through a range of food and beverages by professional foodies and producers. Tickets are between $25 to $30 and numbers are strictly limited.

is held on Hobart's waterfront on Princes Wharf No.1, Parliament House Lawns and Salamanca Lawns. Best of all, entry to is FREE. The exceptions are the ticketed events including the NYE party and Food & Wine Experiences.
