The Quarry Skate Park is found on Grand Boulevard, close to Seaford 6-12 School and the Seaford Library. It is a popular place for skaters, old and new, to practice their tricks and skate in peace.
Practice your ollies and kickflips on this large concrete structure. It features half-pipes, quarter-pipes, handrails, stairsets, and other things to practice skating and perform tricks on. It is reasonably sized, so there is plenty of space for many skaters. There is no need to be a pro, head down to the skate park and start learning.
The skate park is appropriate for all-ages, but an adult must supervise children under 8. This is also important so that younger children get the same chance to use the facilities. The park is well supplied, but still not too extravagant, this means both beginners and seasoned skaters can enjoy it.
The facility is open to those using skateboards, inline skates and bmx bikes. Beside the concrete skate park there are also dirt mounds for bmx bikers to perform jumps. Motorcycles are strictly not allowed, to maintain safety of others using the skate park.

To use the skate park protective clothing must be worn. This includes a helmet, knee-pads, elbow-pads, wrist-pads, and appropriate footwear. It is also a dry zone, with no alcohol to be consumed on the facilities.
