The world is one huge book worth reading and I bet you won't put it down!
Published September 14th 2011
More than a few Brisbane folks pile all the family members into four wheels and make a bee line for Kingaroy to get their favourite flavoured peanuts.

There's some great stories about the history of the big, white Peanut Van which is on the corner as you drive into the main strip of town.

Whatever you do though make sure you taste-test everything on offer from the Curry, Parmesan, Smoked, Chill and Lime, Mexican Delight to the toasted, roasted, chocolate and sugar-coated.

You'll go home informed, fascinated, full and loaded up with a few bags (one will be gone by the time you get home).

Don't forget to say hello to Robbie and Chris Patch, the current award-winning owners of the Peanut Van; two adorable, genuine and hardworking people who just love their legumes!
