The Outdoors Show, incidentally being held indoors, is back for its tenth year, a testament to its popularity.

With enough outdoor-related ideas to fill a thousand rucksacks, the show, being held at ExCel London, should have you itching to get off your bum and on your feet, filled with a burning desire to get out and enjoy the world beyond your front door.

This year's Outdoors Show includes:

The Adventure Travel Zone - with exhibitors on hand to inspire you with big ideas about big trips all around the globe.

Careers in the Outdoors – this'll do what it says on the tin: give anyone with a love of the outdoors information on how to combine it with a career. Professionals already working in the field will be giving talks about what they do and how they got to do it, and will be on hand afterwards to give personal help and advice.

Climbing workshops – given by professionally qualified mountain climbing instructors, for three kinds of climber: beginner, intermediate and experienced. Click here to apply for a climbing workshop. (The workshop for beginners is ground based.)

Rock and ice climbing – for beginners who want to get their feet off the ground, here's your chance. All gear provided, along with expert tuition from professionals.

The Great British Festival – a celebration of the British countryside, with lots of ideas for fun things to around the country. A food market showing off British produce will also be there, so prepare your taste buds for a tickling.

The Heroes Theatre – compelling presentations from adventurers, experts and celebrities, including Ray Mears, Sir Ranulph Fiennes, and Ben Fogle.

- The London Bike Show – that's right, it's another show, and your Outdoors Show ticket gets you free entry. Bike demos by bike pros, bike gear, bike advice, and a chance to try out bikes on the Commuter Test Track!

With the days getting longer and the weather warmer (hopefully), the Outdoors Show promises to serve up a veritable feast of outdoor fun.

Tickets can be purchased online here (they cost more on the door).
