Darling Harbour is home to some of the most inviting and attractive bars. The Loft, in particular, possesses an interior colour scheme of warm rustic reds and oranges with stencil patterning of leaves and vines that transport you from the chaos of the city crowds to a warm and enticing atmosphere.

The Loft, just upstairs to Bungalow 8 near Cockle Bay Wharf features indoor and outdoor seating arrangements which are quite intimate. Each set of lounges on the outside balcony fit around 10 to 15 people comfortably, and the lounges inside up to 3 people.
Behind the squarish shaped bar are cute bartenders in suits and breeches that are willing to attend to your every desire (mixing cocktails that is). The Loft sports average prices with cocktails ranging from $8.50 such as; a concoction of raspberry, lemonade and vodka that tastes delicious but unfortunately isn't as good for your pocket as it is for your taste buds. Or why not enjoy a bottle of Sticks Pinot Noir from the Yarra Valley, Victoria, amongst a posse of friends on the balcony.
Wherever you choose to sit or mingle around the bar you will find that the music doesn't disturb your ability to chat with those around you. With old school R&B and pop hits sounding from the Dj's turntable there is a small and limited place to get on your feet and dance for those who like to boogie with a cocktail.
If you arrive at The Loft at a decent hour there are usually lounges to accommodate you, however, bookings are popular and will ensure you a space of your own.
