The Lavender Patch is located outside of Hilton in Derbyshire in the grounds of Hall Croft Farm. This aromatic and scenic tea room is particularly inviting in the summer months when butterflies fill the gardens and lavender scents the whole farm. In the warm weather, visitors can have tea outside in the lavender fields where farmyard chickens comically run around the tables and horses sometimes stroll over for a visit. Only a few minutes drive from the peak district, this tea room is a good addition to a weekend excursion in the peaks or a day trip in the countryside.
