The Grenadier Haunted Pub

Home > Things to do in London > Fun Things To Do

Everyone loves a good London pub. A glass or two of your favourite tipple, a cheeky bag of peanuts, a few laughs with your friends. Perfect. But how would you like it if a few resident ghosts were thrown into the mix? Because that's exactly what The Grenadier in London's Knightsbridge has in store for its punters.

Described by many as the most haunted pub in London, this little diamond of a tavern is nestled within Knightsbridge's picture perfect Wilton Row. With its cobbled streets, pretty houses and friendly locals, Wilton Row is a welcome relief from the intense pace of your usual London outing.

Steeped in history, it's believed the pub was once home to an officer's mess and a favourite haunt of soldiers. A vicious murder is said to have sparked the hauntings, which over the years have petrified locals and experts alike.

Ghosts aside, the grub is tasty and the drinks are plentiful. This is one pub that's well worth dropping in on.
