The Chicken Caesar Burger at The Grange Hotel costs $13.90 and is made up of grilled chicken, bacon, lettuce, parmesan, caesar dressing and a side of fries.
This meal was delicious. My only complain is that the chicken had a little bit of fat on there which I don't like, but it was very minimal that nobody else seemed to mind. I guess I'm just fussy when it comes to things like that.
The fries were very fresh, steaming hot and crisp which means it ticked all the boxes at being the perfect side dish of fries. Nobody likes cold soggy fries do they?
The bread really topped off the dish for me, it was toasted perfectly and had the subtle taste of garlic to it. Combined with the grilled chicken, bacon, lettuce, cheese and dressing it was quite the meal. Definitely better than having your regular burger bread.
This meal was so filling that I unfortunately couldn't finish it all, although I did try. My advice is to go there on an empty stomach.
For $13.90 this is a great pub lunch when you're out with your mates. Great food, great view, great beer.
