Everything can change in an instant…and take a lifetime to unravel.

The catch phrase of the movie – The Grace Card, is a thought provoking start to a movie of perseverance and courage in a world where nothing should be underestimated.

The story begins in Memphis, where Mac McDonald has experienced the loss of a loved one and tries to overcome his emotions with his career in the police department. Things don't seem to get any better when he is partnered with Sam Wright, a rising star on the force who seems to have a great future ahead of him. But Sam has to juggle two jobs, and his upcoming promotion seems to make him wonder what his real calling is. The point comes when both Mac and Sam have to help each other, even when it looks impossible to look past their differences – especially the most obvious one.

So begs the question – how can two people from such obviously different circumstances come together? One thing that will bring them together is clearly the cross in their career paths, but it will take more than that to keep them together. One can imagine that their families might be involved, too, and as tensions and pressures rise between family and work, they have to stick together to make this thing work.

The Grace Card is sure to be an entertaining movie with a good moral message of determination and trust that is suitable for the whole family.

The Grace Card will open in selected cinemas on May 18 2011.
