The name wouldn't suggest fine dining, but then again, what's in a name? You'd be forgiven for thinking that is your regular, run-of-the-mill steak joint. The name itself evokes images of round tables with different meat selections on each plate.
, or The Cut Bar & Grill, is a feast for the eyes just as much as it is a feast for your belly. They pride themselves in being home to Australia's finest cuts of premium beef, and an unmatched selection of wines and cocktails.
Throw out all your pre-conceived ideas about what you think a beef rib looks like, because everything at The Cut is a surprise and nothing is what it seems - in the best way.
