Chocolat will be in the throes of orgasmic delight at The Chokolait Hub. Deep in the alleys of Royal Arcade, it is accessible through Bourke St and promises the finest Belgian chocolate. Though lacking Johnny Depp, it's truly a chocolate lover's heaven.
The menu offers both hot and cold chocolates. It's best to have your chocolate at the shop itself, which has a variety of couches and tables available. The glasses come with a rim of pure melted chocolate, and a spoon thoughtfully accompanies it so you can scrape off the melted chocolate dribbling down the inner surface of your glass.
The chocolate itself is truly pure, melted chocolate, and comes with a board of extras: chilli, cinnamon, coffee, and many many more. My personal favourite is the chilli dark chocolate - deliciously sweet and spicy! If you lack a sweet tooth, you might want to share a glass with a special someone, what a perfect excuse.
Starting at $6 a glass, the Chokolait Hub is on the expensive side but well worth the occasion. If you really want to impress that beautiful girl, I suggest splashing out on the pavlova - she might even let you have the last strawberry.
