The Apprentice

On Harris Street, right between TAFE Ultimo and UTS, the little restaurant the Apprentice lies. Students from TAFE plan and prepare a menu each day, available for both lunch and dinner. This way, you can enjoy a meal cooked by the next master chef, to a way better price - you can get a whole three course lunch for only $22, and enjoy a glass of wine as well.

This restaurant offers excellent food every weekday, prepared at top standard and quality. Most meals are modern Australian dishes. A sample menu (for you to get a better understanding of what you might be treated to) can be a Thai beef salad, followed by braised lamb shanks, to be finished off by orange cake with cinnamon cream and a flat white. To your own preference, you can sit both inside and outside, and even get a wonderful view of Sydney.
