Thai Nee Cafe

Published November 3rd 2011
I stumbled across this place by accident one day when driving down Lygon St, in Brunswick. From the outside, this place doesn't look like much. Inside, the décor is old, but the place is clean and tidy.

Thai Nee has both downstairs and upstairs seating. Try and request a seat in the downstairs area, especially in the warmer months, as upstairs is quite stuffy and very dated (I felt as though I was eating dinner is someone's lounge room).

The food is fantastic. The curries are flavoursome and well balanced. Particularly good are the green and yellow curries. Price wise Thai Nee is great value. A curry will set you back around $12, and entrées are priced around $5. Thai Nee also offer a range of desserts.

Thai Nee can cater for small and large groups, and also have a take away menu.
