I love the idea of gardening but am not so keen on keeping up with the watering, weeding the soil and fending off those troublesome pests. Glass terrariums might just be the answer for those like me who are looking to test their green thumbs and fill their homes with plants without the hassle of hours of maintenance.



The Soul Pantry at Newmarket offers terrarium making workshops for beginners with each participant taking home one of these mini gardens. Workshops cost $65 for one session and includes materials.
