Now, this is an interesting concept on offer if you're looking for some photography tuition. How about hiring the tutor and you get to choose the location or destination that you would like to go for your lesson. This is how Professional Photographer Mark Rayner conducts his "Tailored Photography Adventure".

This is a great idea as you might have always wanted to go to a special location at a certain time to photograph a sunset, sunrise, particular rock formations, landmark or anything other. Why not grab a couple of friends and spread the cost and learn together.

Lessons are offered at all levels, so no need to be shy and if you're experienced, you might be surprised at just what else you might be able to pick up and learn. There is always another level to reach in photography. You might discover a setting on your camera you didn't know existed or how it worked. Discovering new tips or techniques may assist you with your photography practices.

So, who is your 'Tailored Tutor', Mark Rayner?
An AIPP member (Australian Institute of Professional Photography), Mark is an experienced wedding and portrait photographer who also has a commercial client list. He is also an expert in digital post processing. As a relaxed and easy communicator he is easily able to impart his expert knowledge to the benefit of his participants.

What else does Tailored Photography Tuition offer?

Digital post processing workshops. Mark, an expert digital workflow process guru, runs small workshops for up to 8 people. They are good value and you get to learn simple and effective processing techniques like "how to add punch" to your photos. Programmes used for processing include Bridge, Camera Raw and the use of Lightroom. Generally held at Newstead House, Brisbane. Find further information here.

Models are provided and you get to act as the 'photographer' as well as the photographer's 'assistant'. As a bonus you get to take home some prints of your day's work.
