The Tea Store
The main part of the store has a tea tasting station where there are featured blends of tea in jugs to sample – paper cups are made available for self-serving, great to savour the flavours before buying or to feel refreshed after shopping. The staff are friendly and encourage customers to sample the tea, and are happy to demonstrate brewing methods and explain the origin and benefits of the tea.

There is a great range of teas available to purchase – white, yellow, green, oolong, black, pu-erh, scented/flavoured, herbal and fruit, organic and more. For more information on the T2 tea range, click here.

Walls are lined not only with stacks of packaged tea, but tea ware as well. Tea sets, tea pots, cups and saucers, tea glasses and jugs are all also available for sale. For more information click here .

The Teahouse
The teahouse at Hornsby comprises a small pleasant corner tucked away and packed with antique-looking furniture, plush, vibrant cushions, and funky lights. With an elaborate design and fun atmosphere, the quirky interior of the teahouse has a charming appeal that is both chic and relaxing.

Here, you can sit down and enjoy your favourite brew as both hot and iced tea is available to order; the teahouse also serves freshly made pastries, macaroons, a range of fancy cupcakes and a selection of sandwiches. Tea is served in both traditional and contemporary cups and pots.

At some locations there is also a "High Tea" option available; grab a friend or partner and enjoy a selection of cakes and pastries and your favourite pot of tea.

Not only does T2 deliver a range of teas with delicate, unexpected flavours and aromas, it offers by means of the teahouse a peaceful haven to unwind and relax over tea in a tranquil, sophisticated atmosphere.

T2 tea stores can be found Australia wide, you can find your nearest location here. Definitely worth a try, even just to drop in to rejuvenate over a quick sample cup of iced tea.

Quite lovely tea. I dont mind a good tea and all the lovely cups, tea pots and afternoon tea bits that are just wonderful. Great for a Melbourne winters afternoon.

I got excited when I saw this pop up in the Adelaide activities, I thought there was a T2 store in Adelaide. Sadly no. I do love their teas though, and for anyone looking for them in Adelaide they can be bought from Food Glorious Food in the David Jones city store.

I have to retract my comment, I was walking down Rundle Street the other night, and noticed that they now have a T2 store there. I was very excited. I may not have actually noticed it if it wasn't for your article. Thanks!
