There is no denying that vintage clothing has well and truly found its place in current fashions. Stylish fashionistas are mixing current looks with bygone trends, but sometimes trawling through Op-Shops doesn't seem to unearth those vintage jewels that you're looking for. So we've decided to ask you for your opinion on where Sydney's best vintage clothing can be found. Go ahead and share your secrets, and help us uncover those vintage gems that are dying to be found.

We've already heard about the host of stores that line the streets of Rozelle. It would seem that this is the centre for thrifty fashionistas, with stores such as Mint Condition, The Devil Wears, and Cassandra's Closet. You'll also find all of your usual op-shops like the Red Cross and St Vinnie's where you may be able to unearth some good finds. Rozelle is a great place to shop because you can trawl through the high class vintage, and eclectic op-shops, all within a central area.

Another popular store is Grandma Takes a Trip. They claim to be the home of unique vintage finds, that are sourced from some of the world's hottest fashion centres. They source their clothes from the UK and Europe, so a trip here is likely to unearth a whole range of clothing that can't be found in other vintage stores. You'll also be able to check out their 'Grandma's Altered State' clothing range, which contains vintage inspired pieces with a modern twist. They have a store in both Surry Hills and Bondi, for wherever your vintage shopping takes you.

There are also a number of markets and clothing exchanges that pop up over Sydney at various times of the year, offering some great vintage pieces. You could even hold your own clothing swap to see if anyone you know has some interesting pieces hiding in the back of their wardrobe. Maybe this is where you source your best vintage finds.

This is just the tip of the vintage fashion iceberg. We know there are so many other great stores out there, whether you'll find them in the city centre of nestled in suburbia. You might know a St Vinnies store that stocks nothing but the best, or have a quiet hole in the wall that has the best vintage gems. We want to hear about the cream of the crop, to find out exactly what Sydney has to offer. So come and share your tips on Sydney's Best Vintage Fashion Store.

Try eva's on Johnston st Annandale , it's one of those vintage stores that you need to be there just st the right time but I bought some great wool hats fir winter that are just that little bit different from a bygone era. Find the sports bar on the corner of booth and Johnston and it's three shops up.

By far the best vintage in Sydney is the vintage fashion emporium in surry hills! Its sydney's best little hidden gem , there's 8 individual stores in 1 huge building ( and more every time i go back) on the lower ground floor of the sydney antique centre. Theres everything from 1900s to 1990s, womens AND mens ! Youll do yourself a favor by checking it out. Promise

Agreed - Eva's Vintage on Johnson St, Annandale. An absolute treasure trove. I never leave empty-handed, and Eva's passion for clothes is contagious.

Not quite Sydney, but Classic & Chic in Bowral is definitely worth the drive. Imports from US and Paris. Divine dresses, often some lovely pieces for school formals.
