Ever wondered what it feels like to fly? Have you ever wanted to experience the rush and adrenaline of swinging eight metres above the ground and being caught mid-air?

You don't need to run away to the circus to fly through the air with the greatest of ease. You can at the Sydney Trapeze School, located in the heart of Centennial Park till January 30 2011.

The two-hour classes are offered in a safe, professional and motivating environment.

All classes are under strict supervision and guidance by experienced and fully qualified instructors, safety harnesses and ropes are used at all times and the students swing above a safety net.

The trapeze is a good workout as well as a fun activity. According to the website: "The flying trapeze is a fun way to tone your upper body and core muscles as well as improve your flexibility and self confidence."

It is an activity that the whole family can take part in with classes available for all ages.
