The Sydney Comedy Festival 2012 line-up has just been unveiled and Mark Watson, Daniel Kitson, Henry Rollins, Danny Bhoy, Jason Byrne and Stephen K Amos are just some of the festival program highlights, in fact there are a total of 97 shows being held during the three week festival. That is over "1,200 hours of comedy" according to festival director Jorge Menidis.
The funny business will kick off on April 24th, 2012 with some stellar opening events; Cracker Night at the Enmore Theatre, Cracker Night at the Seymour Centre and Sydney Comedy Festival Gala, hosted by Danny Bhoy. Then the international and local comedians will take over iconic Sydney venues such as the Sydney Opera House, The Metro Theatre, The Factory Theatre, Seymour Centre and Enmore Theatre.
