The Swab Botiqe necklace, pendent, unique, original idea, rice
So majestic!

It seems these days that people are determined to source after material items to make a statement just so they can stand out from the crowd and say, "Hey, look at me, I thought of something before you." Although it feels like all your efforts to stray from the mainstream are totally worth it, it is inevitable that people will just copy you and start a new trend anyway. That's just the price you have to pay when you're a fahionistar.

Today, I present to you something totally original, something that is worth copying. NO! Not another indie bow for your disgustingly large bow collection.

A necklace, but not just any necklace: A very mysterious and intriguing "Swab Botiqe" necklace.

Handmade jewellery, unique, original idea, rice.
Think of how small a grain of rice is, now think of how Osama individually engraves all those tiny names on them with his own male (not so petite) bare hands, now isn't that something!

Ok, so it's not what you were expecting, pfffft a necklace, what's so great about that right?

But these necklaces are all individually handmade by Osama himself and I quote this from our last conversation:

"I have searched all over Australia and Jordan, and I'm the only one who has ever sold/made these necklaces, that I know of."
Osama

SO what's so special about it? Well, when I visited Osama's "Swab Botiqe" stall, I thought I was just purchasing a super cheap but completely ordinary necklace. As I watched Osama making my new necklace I noticed he was adding a rice grain into the pendant, which at the time seemed really quite strange. Suspense built as he intricately pieced the materials together like a jigsaw puzzle. A cheeky smile filled his face as he handed the necklace to me and to my surprise a few twists and turns inspecting the item revealed my name inside of the glass ball.

This is my sister's name, I broke mine unfortunately but you get the idea…the grain of rice looks much smaller in real life.

Such an original idea, true entrepreneurship I believe. And to think that I'm one of a few people to have this necklace is truly awesome. I mean the possibilities are endless; you could choose the name of whom you hold dear to your heart or you could insert the name of your secret lover or the name of a deceased loved one.

This is such a special accessory to have in your everyday wardrobe or to give as a truly inspiring and sentimental gift, whatever the occasion, you'll be happy you got one.
