in Cabramatta is a bubbling, vibrant eatery with a delectable menu and a refreshing place for authentic but exciting Asian food.

Being quite the connoisseur of Asian food in the Cabramatta area, especially Vietnamese food, I was initially a little sceptical about this new restaurant that was youthful yet offered authentic Asian. However, the restaurant drew quite a crowd (being a large family we had to wait for about 15 minutes) and this piqued my curiosity - why were people so keen to go to this restaurant?

Upon our arrival, a quick perusal of the menu showcased an impressive range of dishes to suit everybody's tastes. The setting of the place was well-thought out and the menus were actually easy to read. We were seated outside however and the table was a bit wobbly, so unless it is stifling hot indoors is usually a better option than sitting outdoors. Nevertheless, I quickly flipped to the tofu section and ordered a salt and pepper tofu, as well as some deep fried fish, salt and pepper squid, congee, har gau dumplings and wonton soup.

It had been quite a busy day at the eatery so we did have to wait a little while, but the food was definitely worth it. We were very pleased with the taste, quality and presentation of the food - my grandmother enjoyed it very much! It was an accurate representation of authentic Chinese cuisine yet blended spectacularly with the modern aesthetics and setting.

I was very pleased to find that the Salt and Pepper Tofu had strong flavours and the perfect amount of salt. It had the most wonderful crisp outside but the tofu inside was soft and silky - quite possibly one of the best Salt and Pepper Tofu dishes I have ever had (and believe me, I have had a lot). I have recommended it to all of my friends - it is just so delicious!

We also ordered the Salt and Pepper Squid which my family approved of, saying that its taste was very similar to the Tofu (meaning that it was very tasty!). Salt and Pepper dishes are often very popular with children and teenagers, but surrounding our table multiple diners had ordered the delectable dish.

Wonton soup is a staple of Chinese and Asian cuisine everywhere, so it was very pleasant to have a wonderful bowl of soup at Super Dish. The soup broth was clear and flavoursome, and the children enjoyed the wontons very much. It was reassuring to see many other diners ordering the wonton soup as well, so we know that Super Dish is on to a good thing with this delicious soup!

The congee and har gau dumplings were also delectable, and the service at the restaurant was up to standard. The dishes were also priced quite reasonably, which is probably why a lot of the restaurant's demographic was young. We will definitely return to the restaurant to sample the multitude of other dishes on offer at Super Dish! It is also really convenient as it is located on one of the big shopping roads in Cabramatta, so stop in for lunch or dinner whenever you are in the area.
